Chris Vincent

Graduate Research Analyst

Chris is a Graduate Research Analyst at Savannah Group.

My story

I am at the very start of my career having graduated from the University of Aberdeen in summer 2022 where I studied both Scots and English Law. Whilst at university, I volunteered for the pro bono ‘Aberdeen Law Project’, where I held various positions including Director of Public Relations, Head of Research for employment and commercial cases, and Head of Charities and Commerce Department, where I led numerous community-outreach projects.

My focus

As a graduate who is new to executive search, I am focused on building my commercial awareness by gaining experience in Savannah Group’s multitude of practice areas. I hope to learn from our outstanding experienced researchers so I too can best find and place executive talent that our clients need.

My motivation

I have always been interested in the way that businesses are run, how they change and evolve to remain successful. Savannah shares my opinion that people are at the heart of such evolution, therefore I am motivated by the concept of helping to facilitate business development through sourcing exciting individuals for a client.

Why I like working at Savannah

Savannah is a values-driven company, which results in a truly collaborative culture where experienced staff are so willing to further the development of those like myself who are new to the industry. Consequently, not only are the people genuinely nice, but the training I receive is second-to-none, which is so vital at this early stage in my career.
