Gayle is the Head of People and Culture at Savannah and focuses on embedding our values of “We Challenge, We Achieve, We Share, We Do What’s Right” into the fabric of our everyday at Savannah.

My story

I’m an MCIPD qualified Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience gained predominantly within SMEs. After my undergraduate degree, I worked in the not-for-profit sector where one of my focuses was encouraging Employee Voice. Since then I’ve worked mainly within SMEs helping them bring together the strategic, operational, regulatory and cultural elements that are essential for successful growth.

My focus

My focus is to bring Savannah’s business goals to life by ensuring we have all the right support and development mechanisms in place for our Savannah colleague; ensuring we embed these through the lenses of our Savannah Values of We Challenge, We Achieve, We Share, We Do What’s Right.

My motivation

I love engaging with people and I’m fascinated by the process of translating business strategy into real life, people-oriented initiatives that hopefully help us all enjoy and make the most of our “working lives”.
