Business Projects Development Lead
Ginette works closely with Partners and the commercial teams across the group to provide project support for Business Development activities. She also works closely with the marketing team to help deliver relevant and targeted campaigns and works with the CEO on client feedback and success.
The vast amount of my experience has been gained working in the senior recruitment industry and executive search, with additional experience gained in chartered institutes. My career has spanned a variety of supportive roles across a number of different functions and specialisms, supporting individuals at all levels of an organisation, from consultant through to CEO.
A key point of contact for supporting specific business development opportunities. Working across the group with individual partners and practices to identify opportunities to strengthen and deepen client relationships. This includes managing client quality through feedback calls between the CEO and clients, supporting key account initiatives and developing RFPs.
I really enjoy making a difference, particularly when saving other people’s time by being proactive, organised and prioritising what’s really important (normally everything), which inevitably allows others to be more successful. I find real value in this.
I also enjoy contributing ideas to improve business processes, with the aim of achieving best practice and ensuring high levels of customer service.
