My story
I completed my BA Anthropology and Geography degree at the Nelson Mandela University and went on to complete a BSc Honors in Environmental Geography and Sustainability in 2019. Before joining Savannah, I gained much commercial experience at Anheuser-Busch InBev in the Talent Acceleration Program as Junior Business Analyst, working on various business improvement projects in the Solutions space driving change in Agile ways of working. This exposed me to a range of internal and external customers and stakeholder engagement which provided the ability to learn about all areas of the business at Savannah to deliver specific needs. I then spent some time in London exploring new opportunities before joining the team at Savannah.
My focus
My focus is to grow within the South African research branch, expand on industry knowledge and clients’ talent needs to ensure quality placements as well assist in delivering data and insight tools.
My motivation

It is an exciting time to see how people are valued in organisations going through change, it reminds me to always adopt an agile mindset. I am driven to attain quality results and ensure sustainable client relationships.
