Hayley is an Executive Assistant for Tim Clouting, Partner in the Leisure, Hospitality and Travel team.
My story
I started my career in recruitment back in 2000, working within the financial services and wealth asset management arena as a Personal Assistant. I then worked my way up as Senior Personal Assistant to the chairmen and partners of various firms. I took a short break from recruitment back in 2012 to work within a different industry – fashion. Although I loved the fashion world, I missed recruitment so much that I decided to go back… and I haven’t looked back since. Recruitment is my first love.
My focus
I support Vicky Maxwell Davies and Tim Clouting in managing their diaries, ensuring their assignments run smoothly and without stress.
My motivation
I love working with people and being part of a team. I have a thirst for knowledge and am always keen to promote new ideas and look at novel ways of improving working methods. I also love the processes of executive search recruitment.
Why I like working at Savannah
I love that everyone is on the same level and there is no hierarchy, even though I am surrounded by Partners and Principals. I also love the family feel that Savannah brings. The office is always a happy working environment, which makes getting out of bed a lot easier.
