Helena is an HR Community Consultant working within the Interim HR team.

My story

I started in executive search in 2015 as a receptionist. Since then, I’ve worn many hats from office manager to project coordinator. What I enjoy about executive search is meeting a variety of people and going on a journey with candidates and clients and how candidates can become your client and vice versa.

My focus

I work alongside Mary Driscoll – Partner in the HR Interim Management Practice and my role is to work closely with Mary to support candidates in their journey with Savannah and to grow and evolve our network in this area. I aim to deliver the best service possible so that our community are happy to return to us again and again.

My motivation

Candidates and clients alike entrust us to deliver for them and that’s a responsibility I enjoy. It’s an honour to speak with a variety of people every day and support them in their career. What I enjoy most is developing relationships with people. It’s a privilege when a candidate becomes a client as you not only contribute to an individuals’ development but witness how an organisation evolves too.

Why I like working at Savannah

The Savannah team work hard but know how to have fun too! There are plenty of social, charity and wellbeing groups to get involved in. We offer a range of services, including a data and insights platform which is not only beneficial for our clients but makes Savannah an exciting place to be as a next generation search and interim management firm.
