I started my recruitment career back in 1999, working within a global firm specialising in IT roles on an interim basis. My passion for recruitment was sparked when I quickly realised the impact that a highly skilled consultant can have on a business’s success whilst drawn to the fast-paced nature of the interim recruitment world and the satisfaction of connecting top tech talent with leading companies.
Working with clients across industry, my priority has always been about building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates rather than the short term gain, often well beyond the initial placement leading to the majority of business coming from referrals and previous contacts.
After a number of years in the industry, I decided to take a break to start a family and pursue my passion for property development. As my children grew older, I stepped back into recruitment and for the last five years have focussed on Executive Search, specialising in senior finance positions across industry ensuring clients find the financial expertise to help them achieve their goals.

A huge motivation to join Savannah was due to their investment in AI and how it can enhance our practice, while retaining the human approach, setting us apart from typical search firms. Having built MapX, a proprietary AI-powered technology to enhance executive talent acquisition and talent management through identifying significantly more high-quality, diverse leaders, faster, than is possible with traditional methods Savannah have received outstanding feedback from clients.
With an extensive network, all interims can be deployed inside or outside IR35, determination dependent and often time critical meaning typical turnaround is between 1-4 days from briefing to providing a shortlist of proven executives adept at stabilising and transforming PE-owned assets.
For me it’s all about relationships and adding value to my candidates and the businesses I partner. We spend so much of our life working, I want to support candidates and clients who enjoy working with me, trusting we’re on the same page and knowing I’ll do everything I can deliver.
