After obtaining my BSc Law & Psychology degree, I started my career as a Paralegal Officer for the Crown Prosecution Service and enjoyed the role for over 12 years. I then took some time out to start a family and decided to venture into a different field when I returned to work a few years later.
Before joining Savannah, I worked as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant. I loved working with my team and enjoyed the role very much but during the covid pandemic, I was made redundant. I have been in executive search now for just over a year and love it! It’s a new and exciting world for me which I find hugely enjoyable, fun, and very rewarding.
For me, my main focus has always been delivering excellent client satisfaction, going above and beyond to really make a difference and stand out. Making sure clients and candidates know we are here for them and will look after their interests to the best of our ability is something very important to me. Smooth and stress free delivery of assignments is a key focus point for me.
The main motivations in my role are working together with my team to achieve success and positive results. Completing a challenging search and seeing it through to the end with rewarding results is always a great feeling. Continually trying to learn and improve the processes as well as working as effectively as I can is always something I try and build into my day.
Why I like working at Savannah
A key factor for me when I joined Savannah just over 2 months ago was the very evident none hierarchical attitude and natural respect for all the employees. The culture of the firm and the positive steps from the Leadership team take to ensure everyone is happy and listened to make it a great place to work. The location of the office is also an added bonus!
