My Story
After completing my Master’s in Aesthetics, I joined a boutique executive search firm working on board-level appointments for public and private companies across a variety of sectors. Subsequently I developed a specialisation in senior marketing roles in consumer goods which then led to a focus on the Media & Entertainment space and senior agency-side appointments in particular. Before joining the firm, I took a three-year break from Search to lead the commercial function of an African online music business, building the sales team prior to the company’s IPO in 2020. After returning to the UK in 2021 I am delighted to be able to consolidate my varied working experiences in a forward-looking, technology-driven business, like Savannah.
My focus
My focus is on working with Partners across the firm to deliver assignments in several different practices with a specialisation in senior marketing appointments.
My motivation
I take huge pleasure in working in partnership with clients to define specifications for new roles (where the solution to the conundrum is not obvious) as well as in providing high-quality options to help solve business challenges in the form of exceptional candidates.

Savannah’s culture encourages collaboration and teamwork in a way which does not always come naturally to executive search firms.
