My story
I have worked in recruitment in various roles for 18 years, both in-house and externally. I first started working for Savannah (then Boyden in 2014) supporting one of the founding partners before moving into a more operational role.
My focus
My focus is solving problems of all shapes and sizes. I coordinate our support function and design and troubleshoot many of the processes in Savannah that enable us to deliver our assignment work efficiently. I also oversee our GDPR compliance and provide extensive internal MI.
My motivation
I like to feel that I am working in the most effective way and that others are too. I hate the idea of making a job harder than it needs to be so streamlining how we do things is a must. I like to know that what I’m doing adds value, and having that makes it easier to prioritise the long list of tasks always needing to be completed!
Why I like working at Savannah
I really like the lack of hierarchical attitudes at Savannah. It’s one of the very few places I have worked that feels genuinely collegiate and supportive and where everyone is equally valued for their work, whatever they are doing. I think we are a pretty nice bunch of people, and that makes coming to work much more enjoyable.
