My story
After completing a History degree, I began my career at the BBC, spent some time at Ernst & Young, ahead of working in Paris and London with a French management consultancy. I moved into executive search and was a director of Leonard Hull International before its acquisition. Here at Savannah, I split my time across leading the research teams and board search delivery, having done similar roles for Whitehead Mann and most recently at The Inzito Partnership.
My focus
Savannah’s ethos of ‘thinking beyond’ mirrors my own and I’ll be working with our talented research team to drive exceptional quality outcomes for Savannah’s clients.
My motivation
I love working in teams to answer the most pressing leadership needs of clients. Whether it’s appointing a chairman or mapping cyber leadership talent across the US, I’m motivated by seeking out the world’s best talent and matching it to the environments in which they will do their best work.
