My story
I hold a BA in English Literature from Kingston University. My career in Executive Search began as an Executive Assistant at a West End search firm, where I developed a passion for the recruitment process and supporting candidates’ career journeys. I specialised in Financial and Professional Services, working closely with banks, private equity firms, and PE-backed businesses. Later, I was headhunted by Savannah Group to transition into the Tech & Digital sector, embracing the opportunity to broaden my expertise, expand my network, and manage diverse projects beyond finance.
My focus
I support Partner Nick Davies in the Digital and Technology Leadership Practice, playing a key role in driving the success of our recruitment assignments. As a project manager, I oversee every stage of the search process, ensuring each assignment runs smoothly from initiation to completion. My primary focus is meticulous project coordination—tracking progress, managing timelines, and liaising with all stakeholders to guarantee deadlines are consistently met. By maintaining clear communication and strong organisation throughout, I help deliver exceptional results for both clients and candidates.
My motivation
As an Executive Assistant, I thrive in the dynamic environment of supporting C-suite executives, including the CTO, CISO, CIO, CDIO, and CDO. My role allows me to be at the heart of strategic decision-making and innovation, which is incredibly fulfilling.
I am passionate about being an Executive Assistant because it enables me to leverage my organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to ensure that the executives I support can focus on their core responsibilities. Whether it’s managing complex calendars, coordinating high-stakes meetings, or handling confidential information, I take pride in my ability to anticipate needs and provide seamless support.
I enjoy the challenge of adapting to the unique needs of each executive, whether it’s the CTO’s focus on technology strategy, the CISO’s emphasis on cybersecurity, the CIO’s oversight of IT infrastructure, the CDIO’s drive for digital innovation, or the CDO’s data-centric initiatives.
Why I like working at Savannah?
Savannah cares about the people, both internally and externally. The culture is so warming, welcoming and everyone is open to offering support wherever and whenever needed. I also really enjoy learning about the Technology Sector, and I look forward to growing my career alongside my team!
