My story
I graduated from the University of Bath in July 2019 where I studied International Management and Spanish with a year abroad. During my year abroad in South America, I studied Business at the University of San Andrés in Buenos Aires, Argentina and worked for BusinessHub Consultants in Santiago, Chile.
At BusinessHub Consultants, I was a Market Analyst and searched for South American business partners for European and North American SMEs to export their products to. This involved organising and attending meetings between clients and potential South American business partners, organising trade missions and carrying out market analyses. During the placement, I worked predominantly in Industrial, Retail and IT sectors.
I applied to the Savannah Group graduate programme because it related strongly to my university degree specialism of change management and leadership. For me, there is no better way of learning about these topics than speaking with leaders who implement change on a day-to-day basis.
My focus
After joining Savannah in 2019, I worked significantly across the Board and Industrial Practices. I now work as a generalist researcher supporting various practices. I have a strong personal interest in ESG and Cleantech.
My motivation
My motivation stems from my curiosity about leadership and change management. Interacting with industry leaders is a privilege that I wholeheartedly enjoy.
Savannah Group operates very cohesively across a variety of functions and sectors. This is important for my interest in understanding how change agents adapt their leadership style and management methods to the industry they find themselves in.
Why I like working at Savannah
Savannah has a great workplace culture and is highly collaborative. It is a great place to learn from others regardless of which Practice or department they work in.
