A global consumer goods business routinely rotates its leadership team across various regions and divisions. This creates a level of churn for which it is hard to prepare. Traditionally, it would have taken our client 9 months to fill a gap, costing ~$2.7m per person in lost revenue opportunity cost.
We built a custom solution to map global leadership populations for all relevant roles ahead of their internal review cycle. In total we identified and tracked 1,500 people from 300+ companies that had the blend of experiences most desired by our client.
We delivered a detailed analysis of each specified role including expected diversity data, difficulty to hire assessment, skills breakdown and talent pool mobility across the global talent market. This enabled our client to proactively identify, engage and assess individuals who were potentially interested in their as well as be more prepared for when gaps did arise. In total this led to five executive recruitment processes which could start with a market map already in hand meaning confidence in a high probability of success. The resulting search was completed 1-3 months faster per role resulting in ~$2.8m in opportunity cost which was able to be realised by cutting the amount of vacant time they had for key positions.
