The business required a complete refresh of its executive leadership to re-energise the airport’s operations, restore stakeholder confidence, and position it for sustainable growth in a highly competitive regional airport market.

We successfully appointed a new Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Interim CFO, and Non-Executive Director, all of whom brought immediate impact. Since their arrival, the airport has seen a significant increase in passenger numbers, customer service scores have risen to 91%, and several new European routes have been secured. The airport has also received industry recognition, winning ‘Best Route Development & Marketing’ at the Routes Europe Awards.
