I have specialised in Technology and Digital, with a strong focus on servicing Financial Services and PE-backed businesses broadly for the last seventeen years. My work for the past twelve years has been focussed on all forms of digital and technology leadership, executive and non-executive, including building advisory boards. I have built up an enviable track-record of making diverse placements, in traditionally highly undiverse markets. I have published extensive thought leadership, and am a well-known advocate for the power of neurodiversity and an active angel investor and advisor to high-growth fintech and insurtechs.
I have spent my career in leading executive search firms ranging from niche specialists to global brands. An early advocate of the power of technology and digital to transform a legacy industries, I have built fintech practices in three search firms, serving a diverse and sophisticated client base. A trained linguist, I have worked in North America and Asia-Pacific, as well as worked extensively across continental Europe. I am noted for my tenacity, regularly achieving a 100% placement ratio.
Earlier in my career, I spent over a year and a half as the talent adviser to the Co-Founders and CEO of one of Europe’s leading pre-IPO FinTechs. Having worked with leading Silicon Valley investors to build the first iteration of the leadership team, I joined when the business was under 250 and made a number of key leadership hires which propelled it to over 650 headcount.
I have particular experience of advising clients on making impactful transformational technology leadership hires. My client base has included FTSE100/250, US-listed, PE- and VC-backed organisations, banks, insurers, fintechs and global exchange groups.
