My story
Having worked in Investment Banking in my early career, I fell into Executive Search in 2006 after being asked to run a specific project. After a year I began working as an executive search consultant full time. I progressed to Partner focussing on placing interim candidates for Technology and Consumer clients. I have always loved the fast pace of Interim Management but in particular I enjoy working with clients to deliver the best outcome possible through spending time getting to know them and their organisation. More recently I worked in-house for a large technology company and this gave me great insight into what clients really want from a search firm and how important it is to build a strong relationship based on trust and experience. I am excited to now be part of Savannah, a progressive organisation where collaboration is a big focus. Working with some inspiring people to deliver for our clients is what inspired me to join.
My focus
My role at Savannah is to support Consumer and HR leaders with impactful Executive Search, Interim Management and Talent Intelligence services. Our clients need individuals who can improve the performance of their organisations and many have complex requirements. Much of my focus continues to be with Consumer clients and TMT clients. I will also spend time collaborating with colleagues to represent the company and all its offerings to clients.
My motivation
Driving great results for clients and candidates is what I enjoy best. I love getting to know people as individuals and then working with them to find a solution. Being a trusted advisor is key for me and I spend time reaching out to clients and then working with colleagues to deliver for them. I am a people person through and through and truly love what I do.
I also enjoy running events with a key focus on Women in Leadership and engaging senior women in webinars, breakfast meetings and podcasts to champion and promote accelerating change in the diversity at the top and throughout organisations.
