My story
Prior to entering the world of Search, I completed a BA English Literature Degree at Kingston University. I then jumped at the opportunity to be an Executive Assistant for an Executive Search Firm based in the West End where I fell in love with all aspects of the search process and the journey candidates go on to achieving their careers. I specialised in Financial and Professional Services, liaising with various banks, PE houses and private equity backed business. I was then headhunted to work for Savannah Group and have a change in sector to Tech & Digital. I was very open to exploring another sector, expanding my network and managing projects for different roles outside of the world of finance.
My focus
I support co-partners Alex Langridge and Nick Davies in the Digital and Technology Leadership Practice. My main focus is to act as a project manager and ensure smooth running of every assignment from start to finish. My focus is to keep track of all projects and ensure deadlines are never missed.
My motivation
There is no greater achievement than when a candidate is placed into a role they really wanted and knowing what that I have been part of an excellent client and candidate experience. I am also motivated by the variety my role offers – from building documents, minute taking and juggling multiple meetings in the diaries. No day is ever the same!
