My Story
I began my career in executive search shortly after graduating from University, driven by a desire to find a role that combined entrepreneurial agility, freedom, and the opportunity for continuous professional and personal growth. The field of executive search immediately appealed, offering the dynamic and fast-paced environment I sought. Over the past decade, I’ve built my career working within both global and boutique executive search firms, each providing unique opportunities to hone my skills and broaden my perspective on business, culture, and life.
My Focus
I’ve had the privilege of partnering with some of the most dynamic private equity backed and publicly listed organisations across the UK, Europe, and North America. My focus has been to support these businesses in finding exceptional leadership talent: Chairmen, C-suite and C-1 leadership positions, as well as providing strategic consulting on talent and organisational transformation.
My Motivation
More than anything, I enjoy partnering with organisations and collaborating with colleagues on challenging executive search mandates. Working with businesses that are growing, restructuring, or seeking fresh perspectives on best practice presents a unique opportunity to provide meaningful advice and strategic guidance. It allows us to carefully scope their needs, influence critical decision-making, and ultimately help the hire the right person and the right time to drive their success.
