My Story
After graduating from Exeter University with a degree in History I decided to spend 4 months living in New Zealand. Having spent 3 weeks there previously I was determined to go back and fully explore the country whilst I could.
Upon returning, I began work at a leadership consultancy and remained there for 3 years before joining another Executive Search firm. It was there that I began to specialise in the broader Industrial space, working on assignments across Energy, Infrastructure and Transportation.
My Focus
My focus is primarily on the Industrial space with broad functional coverage. I have developed a strong track record of delivery at both Savannah and my previous company. I have worked with a range of clients from FTSE listed to small PE backed businesses. At Savannah, my main focus has been in Infrastructure and Automotive.
My Motivation
The attraction of search for me is the chance to speak with and develop relationships with business leaders. This can take a number of forms as talent can gravitate to different sectors or functions but it is the opportunity to allow talent to flourish in the right environment which is exciting.
Why I like working at Savannah
Savannah has an outstanding reputation in the market and the chance to join and complement the team was hugely exciting. The culture is enormously positive and collaborative which is vital to the success and enjoyment of any role.
