My story
I have spent my career running and building people businesses, especially in investment banking. I am passionate about helping such businesses to fulfil their growth strategy and raise money.
My focus
Today, I am focused on advising professional services businesses. I am currently Head of Business Services at Arden Partners and specialise in fundraising and M&A for people businesses. My specialist focuses include legal services, broking and recruitment consultancies.
My motivation
I have particularly enjoyed working with a team of outstanding search professionals and seeing our business grow and develop. I have always felt there is a demand in the search market for a ‘challenger’ brand that is prepared to challenge the model and the way that search has typically been undertaken. It is very gratifying that so many of our clients seem to agree.
I have many interests and passions outside of work. These include my family, Arsenal football club, golf and travel. I enjoy good food and good wines. Most recently, I have started hill walking.
Why I like working at Savannah
The Savannah brand is enabling us to take the firm in a new direction. This is a direction that will recognise that our market has changed and that our clients often now require a different service from their search partner – a service that is flexible, specialist, global and integrated. I am excited about what we will deliver.
