My story
After studying Human Resource Management at the Manchester Metropolitan University, I began my career as a researcher within a financial recruitment business, focused on recruiting qualified finance professionals into ambitious SMEs in the North West.
Before joining Savannah, I was a Global Delivery Consultant at 6 Group – a boutique Search and Talent Intelligence firm, where I spent 5 years. My primary responsibility was partnering with businesses around the world, focused on the identification, engagement and development of the world’s standout talent within a variety of sectors and disciplines.
I’m fluent in English, Russian, Latvian, and currently studying French.
My focus
As a member of the Research team, my focus is to ensure we secure the best available talent for our clients and on building long-term relationships with our candidates.
I’m involved with a wide variety of Executive Search projects globally across multiple industry sectors within a variety of disciplines.
My motivation
My end goal is to match the skills, character and aspirations of top talent with the specific requirements of senior and specialised roles.
I’m happy when both parties – Clients and Talent – are delighted with the positive result.
