My story
I began my career as a Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse, where I developed my expertise in customer orientated Assurance and Consulting. Following this, I joined Marks and Spencer, taking on several senior finance and operational roles both in the UK and internationally. My strategic and operational insights led me to Savannah, where I initially served as CFO before taking the role of CEO.
My focus
At Savannah, I am dedicated to defining a strategy that creates exceptional value for our clients and shareholders. My focus is on leading the execution of our strategy to evolve and upgrade executive talent acquisition services to be more relevant and more effective today I am committed to fiercely protecting and building on Savannah’s culture of collaboration and innovation for the benefit of our clients, colleagues and shareholders.
My motivation
Leading Savannah is an honour. We are ambitious to break the mould of leadership across the industry, I am particularly motivated to serve Savannah’s team of exceptionally talented and collaborative colleagues and empower them to deliver the highest quality leadership solutions for clients.
Why I like working at Savannah
We know that clients’ needs are changing, but the demand for high quality is the minimum standard. At Savannah we are working hard to enhance our services to be more effective for today’s context. Putting clients, candidates and colleagues front and centre of our decisions is ultimately what is driving our success, of which I am incredibly proud. Savannah is an early adopter of technology and AI we are working hard to evolve and upgrade an industry which, in general, has been slow to adapt.
