My Story
I graduated with a First-Class Degree in Business Economics from the University of Surrey, during which I completed internships in China and with strategy consulting firms.
After graduating, I began my career in Executive Search. Prior to joining Savannah in 2024, I worked at a VC-backed Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm specialising in board-level appointments for listed and private companies across the industrial, manufacturing, and technology sectors. As part of my role, I also worked through our sister business, collaborating with technology start-ups and founders to provide leadership and innovation consulting while connecting them with our venture capital network.
My Focus
I operate in a dual role, supporting both the Financial Officers practice and the Industrial practice, with a global focus on publicly listed and private equity mandates.
My Motivation
Throughout my career and time at university, I have been driven by a desire to deliver value-added solutions that create meaningful, lasting impact for both people and businesses. I have honed my skills through diverse work experiences and my role as an associate at upReach. I actively pursue continuous improvement in both my professional and personal life, always focused on making a positive difference.
