My Story
Native to Denmark, I attended Business College in my hometown before coming to the UK as an Au Pair in North London – quite some time ago now. I then worked for national smoothie producer for 2 and a half years as Office Administrator and I had a stint at RSHP, Richard Rogers architect practice as Document Controller before falling into HR and Executive Search at Korn Ferry in 2007. I then went onto work as Office Manager at 360 Leaders mid-2019, working through the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time I gained invaluable experience with running the office in difficult circumstances.
My Focus
My role at Savannah is focused on People & Culture and the day-to-day Office Management at our London office. My aim is to add value to the two functions utilising my background and experience. I support the Chief Executive & Head of Finance, and Savannah as a whole, in optimising and streamlining our processes, especially geared towards giving employees the best working experience we can offer and living the Savannah values every day.
My Motivation
I’m motivated by knowing I can make a difference to my colleagues, whether that is making sure the office is a comfortable, clean and safe space to work in, through to handling complex and confidential matters for senior management. I strive to be approachable and will always do my best to help others succeed.
Why I like working at Savannah
The people really do make the company! I like there is a clear sense of the common goal, we all support each other in our various roles and the culture is warm and engaging. I’m proud to be part of the Savannah team.
