My story
I graduated from the University of Bristol with a BA in Religion & Theology. Before joining, I worked as a Personal Assistant, which fostered my appreciation for research projects and client-facing roles. Now, I feel very fortunate to be starting my career within Savannah’s Graduate Programme.
My focus
While new to Savannah and Executive Search, I’m focused on gaining as much industry knowledge and professional experience as possible. Fortunately, the structure of the Graduate Programme means I have the opportunity to spend time working in each practice, so I may learn about all areas of the business and the great people working within them.
My motivation
I am drawn to the role Savannah plays in transforming, rejuvenating, and/or sustaining the top-tier level of management in their client companies, by placing the right people. I am motivated by the oftentimes transformational nature of the work: finding solutions, strategising, and sharing expertise from Savannah’s data-led insights. Furthermore, I have always been inquisitive and goal-oriented, so the nature of the work really brings out the best in me.
Why I like working at Savannah
The values and collaborative culture promoted within Savannah has made my transition very positive. From the warm welcome I received on my first day, I’ve been supported and encouraged throughout my training. Moreover, I enjoy working and researching for a host of interesting and impressive clients, who benefit from Savannah’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in all areas of the search process.
