My Story
Graduating with an honours degree in French and German, I began my career in regulatory reporting at a global investment bank. Having quickly understood that spreadsheets and compliance weren’t for me, I instead sought out a career that would allow me to spend my working days talking to, influencing and learning from effective and interesting people. I landed on executive search and have enjoyed a career in the industry ever since. I cut my teeth as a researcher, growing a team and becoming Head of Research for a time before moving into a client-facing role, eventually becoming Head of Executive Search in the UK for a global technology recruiter.
My focus at Savannah Group is on expanding our client base and engaging with our community of exceptional, next generation technology talent. I place both interim and permanent leaders into CIO/CTO, NED/Board Director and VP/Director level technology roles.
My Focus
My entire search career has focused on delivering functional technology, digital and data mandates, as well as broader c-suite roles with a technology foundation. My experience is agnostic of stage, scale and sector, with clients including global FTSE and Fortune companies as well as start-ups, scale-ups and non-profit organisations. I have delivered into almost every industry but do have a particularly strong track record across industrial businesses such as aerospace and defence, logistics, manufacturing, minerals and oil and gas. I am particularly fascinated by the potential of technology to optimise the material world and have delivered many searches in areas such as digital twins, IoT and telemetry for multinational industrial clients.
My Motivation
I am most invigorated when delighting clients with exceptional shortlists, encouraging them to consider novel solutions to challenging problems. I love to see the ability of the right digital leader to drive value-creation for a business and am excited by delivering the perfect match of knowledge, experience and cultural fit that will truly impact my client’s bottom line.
I am a staunch advocate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace and believe progress will only be made with a committed focus to increasing the representation of women and underrepresented groups at the highest levels of business. I have spent over a decade fostering a network of extraordinary women leaders and am passionate about improving female participation at all levels of tech.
