My story
I have over 20 years’ international marketing experience, starting my career in the technology sector and then moving into the recruitment and talent management arena. I have a successful track record in major rebranding and brand transformation projects, which are a real passion of mine. I have also founded and grown a successful employer brand and recruitment communications business and my own marketing consultancy, as well as working in a client-facing advisory capacity on global employer branding projects.
My focus
Aside from my NED role at Savannah Group, I am Chief Marketing Officer with WilsonHCG where I am responsible for driving global brand awareness, reputation and engagement.
I first joined the Savannah team in a Non-Executive Director capacity when the vision for the Savannah business as it is today was in its very earliest stages. Given that my passion is brand transformation, it has been a great pleasure to work with the leadership team to launch Savannah as an independent, agile, client-focused business offering truly integrated executive search, interim and talent intelligence services on a global scale.
Outside of work, I have four daughters ranging in age from 15-21 and am currently studying for an executive coaching qualification.
Why I like working at Savannah
The team at Savannah recognised that the market for executive search services is changing dramatically and were bold about their vision to lead that evolving marketplace as an independent business. Their clear focus on the things that truly matter to their clients – quality, agility, understanding their clients’ businesses, deep sector expertise and personal attention – have been apparent from day one. The atmosphere at Savannah is collaborative and engaging; the team is open to new ideas and a lot of fun to work with.
