I have over 10 years of experience working in the recruitment industry within interim and permanent businesses and have gained deep expertise in the legal compliance of contracts for interim and consulting businesses. I began my career in recruitment as an account manager, moving into a consulting role before specialising in contract management.
I work closely with partners and commercial teams to provide business development support and oversee contracts, terms and compliance for all service lines. I work closely with clients and candidates to ensure the smooth administration of new contracts to ensure a quick and efficient process to enable fast deployment.
I love being busy and having a varied role where I can make a difference. I take pride in my work so quality is important and I enjoy helping others and contributing ideas on how we can be more efficient and evolve what we do.
