My story
For the past seven years, I have been responsible for leading a team of fee earners and delivery associates across the EMEA region with the global number one search firm, placing senior level candidates across a mix of publicly quoted, private equity backed and privately owned branded retail, fashion, luxury and consumer goods business where there has been an evolving direct-to-consumer proposition.
Prior to this, I was a Principal within a multi-functional boutique search firm where I worked on senior level assignments within the retail and consumer sector across EMEA, before which I spent four years in the global retail practice of a leading UK based executive search firm.
My early career was spent in retail before moving into search and I still retain a passion for the sector.
My focus
My career has been built on helping organisations access the very best talent. For over 25 years, I have been fortunate to partner with some of the world’s largest and most prestigious organisations. At the same time, I have partnered with start-up and early-stage businesses, as well as family or founder-led firms or mid-cap SME’s across retail, luxury and FMCG. In each case, through delivering the very best talent, my team and I have helped these organisations navigate a transformation or turnaround plan, spark growth, or drive operational efficiencies in key functional areas.
Reputation is key and I approach all my assignments with the same vigour, working in partnership with my clients to fully understand their needs and ensure that candidates are fully engaged and focused on the opportunity. At the same time, my extensive experience and network ensure that I work quickly and tenaciously on each assignment whilst seeking to be creative; looking beyond the conventional candidate pool to ensure a diverse and well-qualified slate.
I feel privileged to have been entrusted with these pivotal assignments and look forward to building upon this at Savannah.
