My story
Initially, I ran my own retail business before switching to senior recruitment in 2004. Since then I’ve enjoyed progressively senior roles in the industry, remaining inquisitive as to how to get the best from people and businesses. Previously, I worked at international search and interim franchise Boyden.
My focus
I am Managing Partner at Savannah Group and lead our commercial operation. My focus is on managing our practices to be high-performing teams through taking a client-first approach. I have deep, trusted relationships with a small number of clients who are experiencing significant change and require transformational leadership. I have a particularly strong track record of partnering with private equity and venture capital organisations to place CEOs and MDs for post-deal scenarios that are behind their investment thesis.
My motivation
I am motivated by seeing my colleagues, clients and candidates perform at their very best. Anyone who knows me will say that I’m competitive, whether in sports, my personal life or work. With the team here, I want to build a business that is challenging the status quo to be more relevant, and more effective in the face of the dynamic environmenht in which we now operate.
