My story
Before joining Savannah, I was a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry. My primary responsibility was leading the Infrastructure, Construction & Services practice across EMEA. Prior to this role, I co-built the global Infrastructure practice at Heidrick & Struggles.
My career began with the international recruitment group Hays, and I hold a degree in Construction Management, from the University of the West of England.
My focus
My focus is on multi-national infrastructure, engineering, construction and services clients. My expertise spans engineering and construction to operations and maintenance. I have undertaken extensive work more broadly in surface transportation, airports, ports, utilities, renewables and energy.
My motivation
I have always had a love for everything ‘built environment’. Since my days at university studying Construction, I have been fascinated with infrastructure, engineering and architecture. It is a privilege to work with such a purpose driven sector – building schools, transport systems and connecting people to water, energy and telecommunication networks. I feel proud to help our clients identify the people who are driven to deliver a better world, in which we live, work and travel.
Why I like working at Savannah
Savannah is wholly focussed on providing the best possible service for its particular clients. Unlike many Search firms that are fixed to using global process and protocols, Savannah can adapt its strategies to best-fit the individual client. I recognise that each of my projects is different with specific strategies and cultures at play. There is no ‘one size fits all’. Working with a firm like Savannah gives me the opportunity to serve each of my clients much more individually, providing them with the tailored approach they want and deserve.
