Savannah Group announces that Clancy Murphy has joined as Senior Advisor.
Clancy will work with Savannah’s clients to operationalise their business strategies through leadership and talent.
Clancy is a highly accomplished executive business leader, corporate adviser and coach. She works with boards and executive teams to make commercial ambition a practical reality. She has over 25 years’ experience across strategy, organisational redesign, transformation, and using data & insight to drive competitive advantage. Clancy is a trusted advisor to executive teams and Boards. She was formerly a CHRO for a FTSE 250 business and is currently a non executive director for Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She has previously held non executive, advisory and executive roles including as a member of various risk, sustainability, remuneration, and nomination committees. As an executive coach, Clancy has worked with both senior leaders and individuals who are on a leadership journey both as part of global leadership programmes and one to one.
Clancy adds significant strength and depth to Savannah’s consulting capability and will advise and support clients on strategic leadership issues including HR transformation, executive succession planning and incorporating AI to enhance performance.
