Despite good intentions to improve their equity, diversity and inclusion, often accompanied by targets to hold themselves accountable, many organisations are struggling to drive material progress. We have developed a suite of tools which enable companies to take practical steps to meet their EDI targets, and some 59% of the candidates we placed last year were diverse, working extremely hard to ensure our shortlists are representative.
As one of the first firms to sign the code of conduct for gender diversity on corporate boards, we also practice what we preach.
