I spent the early part of my career working for both the insurance industry and in professional services. During this time I held various roles across operations, finance and sales, getting to understand more about how different businesses operate and what differentiates a good business from a great one.
Over the last 11 years I have partnered with both large and small organisations placing exceptional leaders who bring the skills and ability needed for the business to survive and thrive in a competitive market. My track record includes placing commercial leaders across technology and digital, both permanently and on an interim base. Having a strong network and understanding of the commercial and technology market enables me to support clients in identifying the level of skills required, particularly across areas like digital and data leadership.
The majority of my clients over the last 10 years have been in Financial Services and I have been passionate about leading inclusive search processes and identifying diverse talent in all its forms.
As a Partner in the Digital & Technology Practice my focus is to work with clients to identify, attract, and retain exceptional CIO’s, CTO’s, CDO’s and their executive leaders. I will also focus on introducing diverse talent to my client’s market and advise them on next generation leaders who can introduce new skills and experience to the business.
I am passionate about partnering with my clients and finding the best solution for them, taking time to listen and understand their requirements, and needs and aspirations of their business. As the culture carrier of the client I represent, I am motivated by helping my clients attract diverse talent through leading an inclusive search process and, where appropriate, challenging thinking to attract the new skills and experience required.
